Not only will guests be able to see the picturesque overlooks of the park, they will also be guided in identification of Tennessee’s common native plants. Wear sturdy shoes and bring water as this hike is moderately strenuous.

Join SIR Evan at the boat dock for a fun and informative introduction to fishing! We'll start by going over basic gear, how to cast, and how to identify common fish in the area. Then, we'll put our new skills to test by fishing along the shoreline. No experience needed, and all ages are welcome! This program is limited to 10 participants. (All gear provided)
Join the Van Buren Chamber of Commerce for a relaxing, morning flow at Fall Creek Falls. Jordyn will lead us through an all levels yoga class overlooking the lake. Water and light refreshments provided. Yoga mats provided.

Celebreate National Trails Day with Ranger Kelsey! We will embark on an evening hike to the base of Fall Creek Falls. This hike features unique views of the tallest waterfall East of the Rockies!
We will meet at the Fall Creek Falls Overlook at 5:00pm. We will hike 0.40 miles to the base of Fall Creek Falls and back for a total of 0.80 miles. Be advised that the Base of the Falls trail is very strenuous.
Remember to wear sturdy shoes and pack plenty of water!

Cool off and explore Cane Creek with SIR Lacy during this hands-on aquatics adventure! We'll wade into the water to search for and identify aquatic insects, fish, amphibians, and more. Learn how these tiny creatures help us understand the health of our streams, and discover what makes our freshwater ecosystems so unique. Wear shoes and clothes that can get wet. Bringing water and sunscreen is also recommended. This program is open to all ages!

Join Fall Creek Falls State Park staff for an adventure in Camps Gulf Cave! We will meet in the Nature Center amphitheater at 9:00am. A shuttle will be provided to the trail head where we will hike approximately .80 miles to the cave entrance. This hike includes a small section of steep incline.
This program will last approximately 3-4 hours and includes navigating through uneven, rocky terrain and narrow spaces. Participants must be 10 years of age or older. All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Remember to pack plenty of water and wear sturdy shoes. Small backpacks are allowed in the cave. All participants must READ and sign clean caving guideline form/liability waiver at the time of the tour.
